Refund & Cancellation Policy

Key Policy Note:

OyeRamu acts as a lead generator. We connect consumers with independent service providers. Financial transactions for services typically happen directly between the Consumer and the Service Provider.

1. Refund Policy for CONSUMERS

  • Direct Booking: We don't take any Booking directly from customers. Consumers are giving bookings directly to our Service Provider and if our Service Provider agrees, then only the booking gets completed.
  • Direct Payment: Consumers have to pay directly to our Service Providers, hence, there is no refund given by our company in any circumstances.
  • Dispute Assistance: However, if any dispute arises, we may assist you to get the details of our Service Providers.
  • Negotiation: Consumers are free to Negotiate with our Service Providers related to PRICE, except for AUTO and TAXI which will be purely on Government Meter.

2. Refund Policy for SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • No Refunds: We don't provide any refund on recharge plans.
  • Validity Issues: However, after doing OYERAMU RECHARGE, if your validity does not increase, please contact us and we will make sure that you get your desired Validity days.
  • Leads Guarantee: We don't give any guarantee of the booking leads. We don't give any Job to our Service Providers such as AUTO, Electrician, Painter, etc.
  • Lead Availability: After doing monthly or yearly recharge, you may get ZERO to UNLIMITED leads. However, in case if you have not received any leads, you can contact us and it will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

3. OYERAMU FEES/CHARGES

  • We don't charge any commission from our Service Providers.
  • We charge Monthly or Yearly fixed charges from our Service Providers to provide Booking Leads.
  • Registration on this Application is completely free for Consumers.
  • OYERAMU will never ask you for OTP or any Card or Bank Details.
