INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "User Agreement" or TnC) and all policies posted on our WebSite/APP https://www.oyeramu.com (hereinafter referred to as "WebSite/APPs" or the "Site/APP") sets out the terms on which we offer users access to and use of our Site/APPs, services, applications, and tools.

Your access to and use of the Site/APP is subject to the under-mentioned terms and conditions. By accessing, browsing, and using the Site/APP, including availing services mentioned therein, you accept to terms of this User Agreement.

If you continue using services from the Site/APP after any change in the User Agreement, this will be considered acknowledgment and agreement of the changed or modified User Agreement.

1. ABOUT US

1.1 OYERAMU owns and controls the Site/APP https://www.oyeramu.com. In connection with your use of our services, we may send you notifications, administrative messages, and other information.

1.2 Definition of Service

1.2.1 OYERAMU is a lead generator software & mobile app. A digital way to manage your daily local requirements such as getting an AUTO, Electrician, etc. With OYERAMU you may get customized and white-labeled solutions for your business.

1.2.2 Secrecy: Users hereby agree not to forward or share their OTP with any third party.

1.2.3 Users are liable for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account they use.

2. ACCESS

2.1 The Site/APP grants you a non-transferable right to access. You are responsible for providing all hardware, software, telephone, or other communications equipment.

2.2 IN CONNECTION WITH USING OR ACCESSING THE SERVICES YOU WILL NOT:

  • 2.2.1 Breach or circumvent any laws, third party rights or our systems.
  • 2.2.2 Use our services unless you are able to form legally binding contracts (over 18 years old).
  • 2.2.3 Transfer your OYERAMU account and user ID to another party.
  • 2.2.4 Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm us.
  • 2.2.5 Reproduce, perform, display, distribute from content that belongs to us.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

4.1 Many of our services are accessible to international customers. Customers are responsible for complying with all laws.

4.2 The fees we charge for using our services are listed on our Site/APP.

4.3.1 Refund Policy for our CONSUMERS

  • We don't take any Booking directly from customers. Consumers are giving bookings directly to our Service Providers.
  • Consumers have to pay directly to our Service Providers, hence, there is no refund given by our company in any circumstances.
  • Consumers are free to Negotiate with our Service Providers related to PRICE, except for AUTO and TAXI which will be on Government Meter.

4.3.2 Refund Policy for our SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • We don't provide any refund. However, after doing OYERAMU RECHARGE, if your validity does not increase, contact us.
  • We don't give any guarantee of the booking leads.

4.3.3 OYERAMU FEES/CHARGES

  • We don't charge any commission from our Service Providers.
  • We charge Monthly or Yearly fixed charges from our Service Providers to provide Booking Leads.
  • Registration on this Application is completely free for Consumers.

4.4 Income Tax: Any person who is earning using our APP is requested to Pay Government Taxes on time directly. We don't deduct direct taxes.

5. AUTHORIZATION TO CONTACT YOU

5.1 You consent to receive audio calls and text messages from us at any telephone number that you have provided us.

6. SOFTWARE

6.1 Any program accessible from the Site/APP is owned by the Company or other third-party provider, and all copyrights therein are reserved.

7. CONTENT

7.1 You agree to access and use the Site/APP and APP only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 The Company may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the Site/APP, without notice, for conduct that the Company believes is a violation of this Agreement.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

9.1 The Company is not responsible for any information or content contained within the Site/APP and makes no representations about its legitimacy.

9.4 The information is provided on an "as is", "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind.

10. INDEMNITY

10.1 User hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company harmless from and against any loss, cost, damages, liability, or expense.

11. NO AGENCY OR PARTNERSHIP

11.1 No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement.

15. JUDICIAL FORUM

15.1 User agrees that any claim or dispute that may arise between the user and the Company shall be resolved exclusively by the state of Maharashtra.
